Biological Rhythms A look into my own personal energy cycles

It was a concern of mine that I take into consideration the kind of coffee I drank, i. ... I also believe that it is one of the basic principles in nutrition that food has a direct relationship to energy so I forced myself to referee my meals throughout the duration of the experiment. ... I knew that the times at which I ate would have a profound impact on what my energy and cognitive abilities were at the times I was measuring so I tried to shoot for a late 1:00PM lunch and a dinner at around 7:30-8:00PM.
