Fanny’s Dream This semester I have had the opportunity to visit far away lands, meet famous people, and explore the unknown. The reason I was able to do all these things was by reading books. I have been introduced to a wide variety of Children’s book and in this paper I am going to discuss the best book I have read this semester. The book I am going to talk about is Fanny’s Dream by Caralyn Buehner. I am going to briefly tell about this book, then tell why I feel this is the best book I have read this semester. Fanny’s Dream is a story about a girl that wants to marry a prince, or at least the mayor’s son. Fanny is kind of plain, and helps out on her family’s farm. You could just imagine how funny everyone thought it was when Fanny told them that she wanted to marry the mayor’s son.
