In the scene Paulina and Dorn are walking down toward the makeshift theatre where people are working on the set for the performance. They are conversing and Paulina is attempting to get Dorn to confess his feelings for her but he only makes nice chatter. This prompts Paulina to throw herself at the mercy of Dorn whereupon herejects her and warns that the others are coming. ... ” Paulina still cares for Dorn very much but I think she realizes that it will never be once he rejects her at the end of the scene. ...
