Do you know which the poorest country is in the world? Which country do you think is the richest country in the world? And can you imagine how different lives between the people live in the richest country and the poorest country? James Meek¡¯s article ¡°worlds apart¡± in the guardian weekly / august 2002, examines the global inequality by comparing two different families in two different countries- Ethiopia and Switzerland. This is Hussein Sormolo ¡®s family. Hussein lives with his wife, sons and daughters in a shack in Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia- the poorest country in the world. Paul Rust live with his wife in a six roomed house in the richest canton- Zug in Switzerland, the world¡¯s richest country. Both Sormolo and Rust left their homes to work in a bakery when they were young. And even though they have lot of similar good qualities, generous, love their family, work hard, like to watch the news, have their own religious.
