The Tale of a Dinosaur
This was Jim¡¯s second attempt to catch the preys. He hadn¡¯t had food for days. Just now in the jungle he saw a Triceratops who wore a thick cover with spurs that he couldn¡¯t do with. The Triceratops walked slowly and gently as if there¡¯s no threat towards him which made Jim feel uneasy. Luckily, he then saw another prey--a Brontosaurus--was paddling slowly across the gulf and was tending to land. The desire for food urged him to hide behind the trees and waited for the very chance to come. Jim was a Tyrannosaurus Rex, which meant tyrant lizard king, the most feared predator that ever lived. He was 40 feet long, 18 feet high, weighed six tons and had a four-foot-long mouth filled with sharp teeth seven inches long. What's more, he could chase his prey across an open plain at speeds of forty miles per hour. T-Rex had an incredibly powerful bite with a force of 3,000 pounds, which was the equivalent of a pickup truck sitting on top of each tooth, even one bite from his massive jaws could break his sacrifices¡¯ backbones.
