Gay cops

Darkness The light seduced me just before The darkness swallowed me Alex woke with a start. Panic stricken, he looked around his room panting heavily. He got up quickly and walked over to the light in order to quell the all-encompassing darkness. Sitting on the edge of his bed, Alex contemplated the possible meaning of his strange dream. Finally, he decided that it was nothing and proceeded to the kitchen to make breakfast. Because today was the day that Alex was supposed to be transferred to a new precinct, he decided that he should eat a good meal before heading off to work. After breakfast he moved on to get ready for a day of work. When Alex was prepared for work he stepped out of his house, embracing the morning light. The morning had always been Alex’s favorite time. So beautiful, so pure the morning light was, and for a moment he felt the blackness of mourning lift from his heart only to return an instant later. Sighing, Alex reached in his pocket for his car keys and drove to work. An hour later Alex stepped into the very hectic building of the New York Police Department’s 27th precinct. He looked around, confused about where he was supposed to go, he settled on asking a young woman behind the counter in the center of the room. “Good morning, I was wondering if you could help me.” Alex said kindly. “Of course I can!” stated the woman in a particularly cheery voice that sent a shiver down Alex’s spine. After about ten minutes of talking to the extremely chatty woman, Alex had learned that her name was Cindy, and to avoid her at all costs.
