For many years, Buddhism and Christianity have always been considered complete opposites. Many western religions saw Buddhism as the “fat Buddha”, “a devil worshiper”, or “hira Krishna looking people”. They (westerners) considered religions other than Christianity were evil, and probably a part of satin. The similarities are so obvious between these religions that most people don’t notice.
