I have always been a student with a wide variety of interests. I find myself involved in a group of activities that run the gamut of modern society. The College of Arts and Sciences at Vanderbilt University, I feel, will give me the oppertunity to best express myself in all the areas I have a passion for until I decide what suits me best. After reading through the vast amount of information I have received from different programs, I found Vanderbilt University offered the most for their students. From the vastly different fields of Physics to Philosophy, and from Spanish to Sociology, Vanderbilt offers no less than excellence in every category. My passions, as I mentioned before, expand across the borders of just one subject. I am an active member of my schools drama club where I directed two of my schools productions (Pippin (11) and The Beverly Hillbillies (12)). Vanderbilt’s theater program offers classes on all different aspects of the theater, and not just acting which is what attracts me to the program.
