In Fences and Good Fences there were lots of similarities but on the other hand there were lots of differences. ... ”(Fences pg. 67) And in Good Fences Mable had to prepare her own Thanksgiving dinner and clean it up her self. This demonstrates that in Fences Rose did all the housework and didn’t get any kind of thanks. This also demonstrates that in Good Fences Mable also did the same thing Rose did but towards the end she starts getting lazy. ... But in the movie Good Fences, Mable starts getting lazy and got a maid to do her work. This shows that Rose was a good hose wife and never slacked off but in Good Fences Mable got lazy and got a maid.
