You are too old to learn! You have a family to take care of! Why return to school? Those are just a few of the things I have heard since beginning this course. I do not know how anyone could possibly feel that learning has an age limit on it. In my eyes, you can do anything you put your mind to, regardless of age. With that said, one of the things I promised myself after the birth of my second child, not to mention the numerous New Year’s resolutions, was to get a college education. Now the time has come and I am all out of excuses: too much work, too little time, too expensive. On the positive side, my employer offers tuition reimbursement and the University of Phoenix offers on line courses for added flexibility and convenience. With that said, I am ready to get the ball rolling and jumpstart my career. I am done with the negativity! I have been on a downward spiral far too long and it is time for me to come up. To help me accomplish this, I have several goals to fulfill while attending the University of Phoenix.
