In the 1960’s, during the Civil Rights movement, Congress passed the Bilingual Act of 1968 that provides funding to schools to encourage bilingual classes. ... S born or an immigrant, we should be able to take bilingual classes to communicate with each other.
In my opinion, bilingual education is a great thing to be able to have. Like I said before, communication is the most important thing in our everyday lives and why not teach children from a young age to be bilingual.
