Dear Mr. Gonzalez, It is also an honor and a privilege to be your student in the art of composition. Suprisingly, I barely got attached to writing the last year of high school. I’m not much into writing essays, but I enjoy writing lyrics. The main reason for my defect , I think, is because I have had problems with reading starting at an early age. Teachers never seemed to take notice because I was always a child with outstanding grades. The only thing I can brag about is, me winning the Spanish spelling bee when I was in the first grade. The awful thing is that my Spanish has gone soft through all the past years. Writing my lyrics is a way to relax myself and a way to speak my mind in my own way. I consider my lyrics outstanding poetry. The big inspiration I have is my rap music. Rap music is known as one of hip hop four elements.
