· The advancement of IT has vastly grown since 1969 after the introduction of ARPAnet (Original Single network). With more resources and Money available to Developed and Emerging Countries this has resulted in Lower Developed Countries to fall behind on ICT (Information Communication Technologies).

o Developed Countries will have vast wide use of Mobile and Static Communication due to money and wealth available.
o Emerging Countries slightly less use of Mobile Communication but roughly the same static line communication as developed. ...
