The death penalty is circumstantial, in my opinion. ...
I do not understand how if a man shot my mother, and then I shot him, I would go to jail; but if a man shot thirteen people, he was sentenced to the death penalty and no one would go to jail for killing him. In other cases, however, I do believe that the death penalty is justifiable. ... Also, if someone is sentenced to the death penalty, I don’t think that they should be injected with a needle, I think that they should be treated the same way that they killed other people. ...
All and all, however, I do not believe in the death penalty. ... I think that if someone ‘deserves’ the death penalty, he should just serve life in prison with no bale and no parole. ... If he is put to death, he is not suffering. ... So, if he is sentenced to the death penalty, I still believe he should serve twenty years in jail, counting down the days that he has left to live.
