A policy like this could be better it just needs to have some significant changes made to it; the first major thing that needs to be changed is its flexibility, the second thing it needs to have is more common sense, the third thing it needs to change is how severe the punishment is. Right now, the policy is very inflexible or stiff it is pretty much like all or nothing, no mercy whatsoever. ...
