• Devise a fitness program for them to perform over 4 sessions.
• Test the participants again to see if there aerobic fitness and anaerobic power has improved.
• I hope the results will help to tell me if the participant’s aerobic fitness and anaerobic power has been improved in 4 sessions and if it is possible to improve these aspects in four sessions. ...
Next I will need to develop a training programme which is designed to help improve the aerobic fitness and anaerobic power of my participants; this will include a lot of running such as the coopers 12minute run and the multistage fitness test, for anaerobic power I will concentrate on weights with low reps and large weight.
