Through the years, cell phones have proven critical in saving lives amid car wrecks, alerting authorities to speeding drivers or to those who appear impaired by alcohol or drugs, or even to the victims of domestic violence. Yet as a prerequisite to the twenty first century, many people began obtaining cell phones to accommodate themselves on a social level. Talking on cell phones in today’s society has become nearly inevitable among millions of people worldwide and while cell phones are extremely convenient, there have been recent concerns due to talking on cell phones while operating a motor vehicle.
