Based on what you presently know about the First Amendment, how would your group, as a group of sitting justices, rule on this case? Would you grant the request for permanent injunction against the enforcement of the code (effectively overturning it) or would you reject these requests? From what I know about the First Amendment, I would grant the request for a permanent injunction against the enforcement of the code. This code takes away the rights for anyone speaks up against anything. It is very vague and allows that some students more punished unfairly. Some might get a small punishment of just community service will other can get expulsion. Also, since the code also states that basically almost anything that the school does not approve of will be punished, it takes away many freedoms away from the student.
