Joyce Meyers is nothing more than an average woman in today’s society by many standards. Going against the odds she has made herself into a self-proclaimed millionaire, but says it is all from God. With her 12th-grade education hard at work, this 60 year old woman has spread the word of God to billions each day, but has come under criticism from legal expects that she may be violating federal laws by abusing her tax-exemption status. In my opinion, Joyce Meyers is the biggest mooch ever in the existence of the human race. Her whole campaign is based on the slogan, “believe with all you heart and soul...give, give, give until you can give any more.” But I would like to know where the money is going. She says that she is going to give it to charities when in fact only about ten percent does. Wall Watchers gave Meyer an “F” for a good reason. They refused to disclose how they spend the nearly hundred million dollars they receive each year. Her ministry insists that everything is legal, but will not show how they spend the money. This is not only suspicious, but leads me to think Meyers is pocketing more money than she wants us to believe. With her personal expenses being paid for “by the ministry” how can she justify her actions?
