In a nutshell, Chairman David Martin tells me Ensyn has been developing its portable upgrade process for crude oil for some two decades. "The thing we got out of this agreement is an exclusive in those countries in South America, outside of Venezuela, that have oil, substantial amounts of it, some of it heavy oil that needs to become lighter.
