I am writing with reference to your advertisement for an environmental engineer as announced on the website of your company on October 3, 2002. I will receive my BS in Environmental Engineering in June 2002, and I have a total of four months of work experience. In those four months I worked as an environmental engineering trainee in Dar Al-Handasah Consulting Company in Beirut, Lebanon. During these months of work, I worked with many issues regarding risk assessment, environmental safety, Asbestos and Lead hazards and indoor air quality. In addition, I worked on many projects through my study conducted by Middle East Technical University. And because of the nature of the work, I dealt with many people of different cultural backgrounds, which helped me to acquire good level of communication skills. I also developed my skills in working with small groups and incorporating with people from other departments of the same company.
