Ethics as we know it today in the business world are a thousand worlds apart from those of yesterday. ... According to Webster, “Ethics” is defined as “1, the principles of honor and morality. ... “It should be of great concern that only about half of all American working adults, believe that their senior executives are people of high integrity and feel that integrity policies have been well communicated in their work places”(Marr, 2001). ... Of the many ethics problems within corporations and organizations is the growth of sexual harassment cases for both men and women. ... ” At this point you should be able to understand that sexual harassment is an ethics issue and needs to be addressed aggressively.
