Gardening and Architecure in the Baroque period
It is hard to believe that gardening could have been one of the major art developments of mid-century Europe. ... I became interested on the gardening and architectural designs shown in these videos, so this report will be focused on some of the history of gardening and its relationship to constructions of mid-century, particularly in the Baroque period, which I think flourished more than the Renaissance artistically speaking. ... These gardens were stricitly close to antiquity and therefore designers followed the rules of classic architecture as far as possible. This aspect is probably the main difference in between the Renaissance and the Baroque creations.
