If you want to hear a story well listen to this. There was once a city where there were different types of people. There were Hispanics, Caucasians, Africans, African Americans, Central Americans, Mexicans, Indians, Italians, the English, Australians, the Irish, and many others. There are those females who like to dress sexy and those girls who like to dress sporty or within their comfort zone, there are those males who like to dress with baggy clothes and those who like to dress professional. Now as we know in America we have mixed people so therefore everyone has different personalities and styles of handling things concerning the world.The problem with the diversity is that we all must have a certain respect among each other. Now anyone would like to belive that the great thing about this community is that it is so diverse. That, in a sense, is the worse thing to many. Many people think very ignorant towards other people.The place I speak of is Boston, Massachusetts.I love the city of Boston but the people of Boston must change in order for Boston to get better. In careers people usually work for the money. The quality is what is important. People focus so much on themselves that they cannot take the time to look at others and see their qualities. In one experiance in my life I have worked for New England Fianancial/MetLife and I have experienced many things. My supervisor did not work for quality but for money. My co worker would make copies a bit slow to ensure the quality of the copy and to make sure everything was accurate, within a week my co worker was fired due to lack of speed.
