Etiquette is “the rules governing socially acceptable behavior” and in life having etiquette is a necessity. In the game of golf, paying attention to the rules of etiquette is very important. Golf etiquette is one of the most important parts of the game. Some think that your etiquette says more about you as a golfer then your actual swing. Etiquette distinguishes golf from other sport in that it is one of the few games that values manners. The game of golf requires a lot of concentration and it is common courtesy to allow the other golfers have their concentration. Some of the most important concepts of etiquette can be broken up into different sections by the area of the course in which they apply.
