Out of Box Specs The manufacturer should have conducted business in India for > 4 years, with a turnover of 300 cr per annum with a profit in each of the 3 years or should have a Networth > 100 crores. ( Annual reports for 3 years to be submitted ) The bidder should provide Bank Solvency Certificate for an amount of atleast 100 crores, which should not be inclusive of associate companies. The bidder should have a minimum of 5 service centers in all major States*, owned by the bidder and staffed with personnel under payroll of the bidder. These service centers should have been in existance since last 2 years. Must have succesfully implemented one order of atleast 10 crores in any State/central govt/ banking with not less than 50 locations in past 3 years.
