At School Plan: Introduction Reminisces Learning and lacking Conclusion Mahatma Gandhi recounts his school days in a humorous and thought provoking manner. The short recollection gives his direct experiences as a schoolboy and the impact of the school in his life. Gandhiji and his brother one year senior to him were married when they were in school and because of marriage wasted a year. Though he was a not a great scholar in school Gandhiji managed to do fairly well in studies. His head master fined him for not attending the gymnastics, in order to serve as nurse to his father, the head master did not believe him.
