They SAY that they have ALL this money available for the programs like Head Start...But see...It just never seems to get doled out to the ones that need it most !!! I talked to a social worker who was at my dear friend Duchess’s house...She got a beautiful two year old son !!! The Woman told me that what "they" do, is just SAY they have all this money available...But what they do is put it down on the States involved !!!
