Even though he was a Wolf by nature he still learned to care for his master. White Fang has killed many animals. Baseek, another wolf, tries to take the food from White Fang. London writes: White Fang would ultimately have slunk away. But the fresh meat was strong in Baseek’s nostrils, and greed urged him to take a bite of it.
