This is one reason why I am against same sex marriage taking place in America. I also think that allowing same sex marriages will have a negative impact on our society. Homosexuality is already a very touchy subject without throwing in allowing them to be married. There are many hate groups that would go to extreme measures to make sure these marriages aren’t carried out or long lived, and this would not be good for our society. There is already enough for our country to argue and fight over with our throwing this issue in the mix. Sure there are your gay groups fighting to allow gay marriages but just think how much fighting would be taking place if it was allowed for gays to be married all over the country. This is another reason why I am strongly against allowing same sex marriages to take place in America.
