...s of crimes that were featured were about murder. These murders are about killing of a wife, girlfriend, or a loved one. Their motive for doing this crime is for the most part jealousy or a fight that went out go a little more than it should. The suspects were either captured in a short period of time or they are still out on the loose. The crime of murder was the highest for both Hispanics and African Americans. Theft on the other hand was a big issue in the black community. I saw that whether it was a petty theft crime or a theft of an auto. These offenders were stealing goods sell in order to buy drugs. Some of these crimes lead to murder because an innocent bystander got in their way of the stealing goods. The average age for these offenders was between 25-35 years of age. These males came from a poor life at home and the crimes they committed were near their own neighborhoods. The offenders on the media have picked their targets as well. The victims have been also from the ages of 25-35 years old. For the most part these victims were murdered and their murderers are still at large. The crime that I saw on the television that dominated was murder. One case in a old television show named Unsolved Mysteries caught my eye. It was a murder for hire of a woman who wanted to kill her husband so that she could collect the insurance money of 500,000. This case made me realize that any one has the ability to become a killer.
