The Chocolate Wars
...hapters of the book that the reader gets into his mind. Emile’s thoughts show that he has feelings like everyone else; however he enjoys feeling power over other people. Everyone enjoys the feeling of power, though, so Janza is only being human. “Emile wasn’t an animal. He had feelings like everyone else”(page 173). Still, he could not change his reputation; everyone knew about Emile-the animal. Jerry Renault wasn’t the type of kid to get in fist fights.
