...nd and the garage was under our mother-in-laws home, which is a small apartment. The garage had two parts but the entrance for the second half was blocked of by numerous things that were way too heavy for me to move at the time so I never could manage to get in there. The main thing blocking the door way was an old rusted Lincoln on cinderblocks so it could not be moved even if it had to be, quite a bit of painters scaffolding which is still hard for me to move to this day, and a large amount of five gallon paint buckets. My father entered first, poked his head out of the door and said "Nathan, go back in the house with your mother, I will be in soon." Being that I was only six years old I did the exact opposite of what I was told. The door was shut but not all the way, I managed to climb over the car and move around one the paint buckets. I peered in the second half of the garage but was blinded by lights, I creped in there ever so quietly, as if I were going to set some kind of alarm off. I hid myself very well; at least I thought it was a good spot at the time. I looked around and it seemed to me that I had entered a jungle in the middle of the Congo, every where I looked I saw plants, some very large some small enough for me to carry myself, and on the ceiling I saw sprinklers and right next to them were the brightest lights I had ever seen, so bright I thought I was looking directly into the sun. My dad spotted me "OOOO NOOO" I thought, so I attempted to make a stealthy get away, like an assassin ninja sneaking up on a helpless victim.
