Anthony’s book gave me a great insight at the real life of a chef and what truly goes on in a kitchen. Let me tell you, I’m having troubles eating out right now. After reading this book and sanitation, it’s really hard to. All of my teachers have told me that being a chef includes long hours, hard work, no social life, and a need for a physiatrist.
