It is so powerful that if you take a hit while your standing you will most likely fall to the ground. The way that people do nos is easy. First make sure that your sitting down and lean on something for safety, then inhale in and out of the balloon . Next, take 3/4 of a lungful and follow with air. Lastly, hold breath hard then breath slowly out and then your set to go. The effects are almost immediate , beginning within fifteen to thirty seconds, remaining for about one to three minutes, and out of the system within ten minutes. When you take nos you end up feeling dizzy and numb all over your body, also a tingling in the fingers and toes, and buzzing or humming in the head. Depending on the dosage nitrous may have a short term effect on memory, concentration, and sensory function. Nitrous enters the lungs and exits, it doesn’t stay in your system. It is very dangerous to have nos tanks in the back of your car because if it get punctured it will explode. There have been many cases where this has happened and many people have lost there life.
