There are other instances like team members personal troubles, family affairs, etc. Project managers are there to motivate them. Thus, project managers have to know how to motivate a people. It is of course, project managers themselves have to be motivated too before they can motivate others. Eighth, project managers should not being an individualistic. They have to encourage team members to contribute and share new ideas among the team. Moreover, project managers should accept those good ideas. A team consists of diversified of people and ideas may share and better utilized. A various ideas and comments gathered and choose the best idea or solutions that suitable to solve the problems. It is a better approach because team members may feel involved and work as a co-operated team. Finally, a successful project manager should be a good communicator. We can’t deny most of the time project manager is to communicate. It is the basic element to be a project manager. So, strong communication skills need to be master well. Project managers get the advantage if they know different type of languages because they not require any translator to translate the language to them. For the unsuccessful project managers, few characteristics can be noticed. First, the project managers are not self-assured. The project manager does not have own confidence is not suitable to lead the team. Many situations need a project manager to deal with. If project managers don’t believe in their capabilities, the project may not successfully complete. They have to be certain for those things in project.
