...ter this incredible woman that could have only been described as a very talented actress. Just like every life has a purpose, every name has a story behind it. The meaning of my name literally means “crystal”. The English word crystal is defined as the clear colorless glass that is sometimes cut into the shape of a gemstone. The English word derives ultimately from the Greek word Krystallos which means “ice”. As anyone can see my name is very original. Obviously in any language it’s meaning is related to each other. Ice and glass are very similar in physical appearance. In most cases it would be hard to determine which one is glass and which one is ice by just looking at the two. The spelling of one’s name is just one aspect of our life that makes us different from the next person with the same name. There are many ways to spell my name. The way a name is spelled makes a name very unique. I spell my name K-r-y-s-t-l-e. Some spell my name with a “c” and an “a” and others spell it with a “k” and an “a”. There are so many different ways to spell my name. I’ve never met anyone that has spelled my name the same way I spell it. Regardless of how you spell your name, it is still the same name and it still means the same thing. The fact that it is my name is the one reason that my name different from someone else with the same name. Most teachers put their pupils in alphabetical order so they can remember their names with their faces. This is especially true in elementary school. Children might get frustrated and mad because they always seem to have to go first. Others might be very upset because they never the chance to give the correct answer. Whether one goes first, second, or last all depends on where their name falls in the alphabet. My name is basically in the middle. I have no problem with that because I hate to go first and I hate...
