...w to put on a condom. Twelveth grade year a nurse came to our school to test us for gonnorhea and sphillis. They did not tell us about preganancy, ovulation and menstration. They did not tell us how some sexual transmitted diseases can make a person sterile. They also did not tell us where we can go to get tested. The result of all that is that we had a high pregancy rate in our school. Since I am in college, I took a Human Sexual Behavior course and we learned everything from Sex education should begin in elementary, so teachers can talk about appropriate sex education when the students get in junior and senior high school. There are students that start developing early by getting breast and a menstration. Students get adepuate information from their peers. Sex education should begin young, but age appropriate. Sex education in senior high school should be more detailed. There should not be any negative approach in the classes. There should be human body functions and contraception lessons. Teachers should get a pschologist to talk about feelings and emotions because all that comes with sex. Sex education should be incorporate with biology.
