Generational Conflicts

...ts encourage them to be what they want to be. Is interesting how a new generation look up to the past and the past generations look up to the new generations. Like a one-generation leap. One generation, like the 40s and 50s, who thought that going to war was a reasonable way to solve a conflict. By the 60s, the “hippy” movement arrises and thought the completely opposite, that the war wasn’t exactly the answer to a conflict. Also what is interesting is how old ideas from previous generations are working for new issues and conflicts and vise versa. For example: The patriotism that exists today hasn’t been seen since World War II. (The war with the Germans). The generations from the 60s have left their tolerance in terms of acceptance of all kinds of people. But you can always see these influences in the fashion industry where they are bringing back previews styles, and in the music business, where they use beats made famous by other songs. Also in television, were they re-create shows that were created in previews decades.
