(Did not work) 7/19/03 10:00 I received an offer. 7/19/03 5:00 I presented offer to sellers. They want to counter offer. 7/20/03 5:30 I faxed counter offer to selling agent. 7/22/03 10:00 Received counter offer signed by buyer. 7/23/03 11:00 Selling agent called.
