His brother interested on property. 07/10/03 6:00 A person (Viridiana Lopez) called. I show her the property. 07/12/03 1:00 Held an open house. (Did not work) 7/19/03 10:00 I received an offer. 7/19/03 5:00 I presented offer to sellers. They want to counter offer. 7/20/03 5:30 I faxed counter offer to selling agent. 7/22/03 10:00 Received counter offer signed by buyer. 7/23/03 11:00 Selling agent called. He opened escrow. 7/28/03 10:00 I called escrow officer to ask for escrow instructions & prelims. 8/04/03 Received escrow inst. & pelims. 8/06/03 Got full loan approval for buyer. 8/11/03 Meet teddy to talk about escrow instructions. (Something were missing). 8/11/03 I fax over to escrow an addendum regarding bonus for selling agent. 8/15/03 I called loan officer to ask her when tha appraisal is going to be done.
