The relentless students couldn’t even afford to be a little discreet in doing their agenda so that others won’t imitate, if not for the sake of saving themselves from great humiliation. Others might rationalize and say, “Everybody’s doing it so why can’t I?” or “It’s not a sin. I’ll only take a peek. Prruhmise!” Where is the conscience? Wouldn’t it feel good to know that even if we didn’t get very high grades that we desire, we know that we get the grades we deserve by giving our best without fooling ourselves. There is no such thing as genius potions that will make us smart overnight. It’s not about magic at all. Nothing comes instantly. It’s all about hard work and diligence. It’s debasing to gain recognition from cheating. What’s more infuriating is the fact that cheating achievements of most students are reaped because of lenience. Because of prominence, they are accepted and people believe in them. In the near future they might serve as the government officials and probably even make it big in the politics.
