...ly. One the first day my caloric intake was 4340.27. On the second day, it was 2910.30. And on the third day it was 4942.91. I didn’t find this very surprising because I am trying to gain weight. Actually it is probably much higher than this in actuality because I also take a high calorie weight gainer. But I really didn’t know exactly how many calories I was receiving each day. I also found that that my Protein intake was high as well. My protein intake on the first day was 242.48g. On the second day, it was 133.89g. And on the third day, it was 210.85g. I try to take in 1g of protein for every pound of body weight I have. I weigh 195lbs, so I found that on some days I take in more protein then I need. This information was very helpful to me because I don’t like to waste any protein if I don’t have to. Again, these figures may have been a little off were I able to in put the amount of protein in the shakes I take. My Carbohydrate in take for day one was 409.60g. On day two it was 231.89g. And on the last and final day it was, 545.53g. These amounts may seem high to someone who is on a no-carb diet. But to me the amounts seem normal.
