The night of the accident, the police took some of his blood and they said his blood alcohol level was 0.15 and the legal limit in Ontario is 0.08. The Toxicologist believed there was no way his blood alcohol level could be 0.15 according to all the people who were present as this man consumed the alcoholic beverages. If this man was found guilty he would of got his license taken away for 1 year and a $5000 fine. Once it was all said and done the man was found not guilty.
