With this health care plan they will be able to merge into larger groups with other companies in the United States. By doing this, there will be large pools for insurance companies to pay out claims, so insurance will be cheaper for the companies and the individual. The outcome of this will be that smaller companies will be able to provide the same insurance choices as the larger companies. In the end, the down side would be that the government would collect less tax money, which would leave less money for other programs.
