I firmly agree with the exploitation of the Iraqi national oil reserves. The Middle East contains almost 50% of the worlds oil supply, and America is a nation addicted to oil. We could improve our economy and enter an era of American prosperity never witnessed before. So then what? Here is the name of one, little, defiant country that could change the world forever: Korea. If the United States were to prosper enough from the Iraqi oil reserves, we should then focus our newly acquired resources and appeal to the American inherent sense of nationalism to rally for a war in North Korea. North Korea is the most defiant nation on the planet right now. The United States could bring any, and every country on the planet to its knees if we so wished. North Korea is still a communist nation with one of the most formidable standing armies on the entire continent of Asia. The North Korean people are repressed, starving, and most of all corrupt. Their government kills them yet they would die for their government. America can, and should take down this power with an awesome display of brute strength, will power, and strategic dominance seconded to no other. The North Koreans have nuclear weapons as a deterrent; well sorry Kim Jong, but so do we…and our are a lot better and stronger.
