...America say’s that everybody has Individual Rights, Pursuit of Happiness, and Equality. How are we kids and teenagers being given individual rights if our freedom is being taken away from us by being considered property of your parents until we are 18 or older, depending if you pass the Citizens test. How are we going to be happy if we are basically a slave to our parents. Equality is not even going to be close to true in this situation. If you were equal to everybody else, you wouldn’t be called someone else’s property. According to Amendment One of the Bill of Rights, it says that everyone has the Freedom of Speech and Petition. If you are property of your parents, your speech and petitions will not mean anything to anybody else. ...
