Some say that television programs do not contribute to the violence, just depict it. Further study proves this theory wrong and that Children mimic what they see. Also as parents say there is too much violence on T.V they are not aware that their children are watching shows are movies on television. On a web site on yahoo a survey was conducted that said that American children watch an average of four hours a day 28 hours a week 2,400 hours a year and almost 18,000 hours by the time they graduate from high school and then it says it just depend on the Childs poverty level the less hours it will be.
