A Binge Problem

Typically, these freshmen find this comfort in fraternities or sororities, which is where most of the binge drinking occurs. To aid colleges, Kenneth suggests that they provide more school organized actives in order for freshmen to meet one another and upperclassmen. By doing this, the freshmen can gain friendships without becoming Greek. I discovered, while reading this article, that I was reading this from a critic’s point of view, trying to see if any of it held true with my own experiences, as opposed to someone reading to only gain information. Kenneth says when he was a freshman in college, he felt “green, scared, lonely, and small town”, and that’s exactly how I felt my first couple days.
