...s Raiden as they talked Lt. Pliskin claims he is part of seal team 10. Raiden then travels to strut C and on the bridge between the struts seal team 11 is trying to attack fortune, who is another dead cell member which is said that a bullet can’t hit her alias Lady Luck, seal team 11 is wiped out upon entering strut C. Raiden encounters the seal teams bomb disposal guy by the name of Peter Stillman. Raiden is starteled until Lt. Pliskin enters and they find out there is a bomb threat and they are given a temporary bomb disspossal measure. As Raiden and Lt. Pliskin work together through each strut till all the bomb is disposed. Suddenly they find out about a big bomb on each shell which Stillman goes to investigate on shell 2. Raiden is sent to shell 1 and is sent to the point of where he entered the plant and diffuses the bomb but Stillman is killed in the process he did not diffuse shell 2 quick enough. As Raiden works his way back to strut A he was encountered by Fortune where Raiden gets into a fire fight with Fortune within five minutes Raiden has survived and jumps in to the elevator to get to strut A. when he arrives to strut A Fatman, another member of dead cell a bomb expert, is on a rampage and has planted a bomb to take out the entire structure on top of strut E where Fatman and Raiden get into a fire fight. Raiden finally hits Fatman in the chest with gun fire. As Fatman dies he gives his last words and tells Raiden that the bomb is nearby and Raiden searches on top of strut E and notices that Fatman is a funny shape. He rolls him over and rips his shirt and Fatman had the bomb strapped to his back. Raiden difusses the bomb and as he goes back to the main floor of strut E Raiden encounters Mr. X, who is a cyborg ninja which weilds a high frequency sword. Mr. X, who gives Raiden information on how to get to a man named Ames in the central core, and also gives Raiden an enemy uniform and information on the armory. While Raiden works his way through the central core he goes to floor B2 to find a directional microphone. Ames has a pacemaker. Raiden goes to floor B1. There is a retinal scan located on this floor, so he puts gun magazines on the floor to attract an enemy officer on this floor. When the officer is close enough to the retinal scan Raiden pushes him into the retinal scan. As Raiden enters the hall, where the hostages are held, he tranquilizes all the enemy forces and uses the directional microphone to find Ames. When Ames is found Raiden is told of the neucular capabilities of the plant and is then found out by Ocelot who walks up and ask Raiden if he is on there side and turns to the officer and ask if I am one of his Ocelot then pulls off Raidens mask. As they are ready to fire on him, Mr. X swoops down and saves Raiden so he can escape. Raiden then discovers that he must go to shell 2 down on the shell 1 2 conecting bridge that he must destroy the bomb control devices. When they were all disarmed raiden crosses the bridge as Lt. Pliskin and Otacon come in there Kamov helecopter. As they draw closer a harrier piloted by vamp swoops in and attacks the helicopter. Raiden uses a stinger missle launcher to shoot down the harrier. Then a metal gear jumps up and catches the harrier before it crashes. Raiden by then is opver in strut G where he then works to get to core 2 where the preszident is being held. Half of core 2 is under water and Raiden finds a remote missle launcher. Raiden then fires it through the air vents, and hits the circuit that controls the presidents door.
