...e process our group was confused on what was going on and at times we were not very well prepared. Each us made sure each student answered a question and never let the same student answer over the ones who hadn't. I feel that we should have seated the students in an every other desk fashion because no matter what grade we taught it seemed as if all the students had looked off of each others papers to get the answers. Looking at diverse students thorughout the classroom, we all took into consideration the age group and grade and based our lesson plan on that material and what we believed they would know about each thing we taught for the week. When Bryon taught, he asked questions the made the students involved and they seemed to enjoy learnign about the food pyramid. Moreover, Nicole taught kindergarten and first grade. She did an exceptional job throughout her teaching and many of the things in her lesson and classroom environment were the same in that of Bryon's. DUring her lesson, some of the students started getting out of control, however she knew how to control them since they were all diverse learners and moved on to the next topic to keep the students from getting to far off track. In her lesson, Nicole also took into consideration the age and what they may or may not know when she prepared her lesson plan. In her lesson, she made it simply enough for the students to understand but had all the students involved and answering questions. Since there were more diverse learners in Nicole's classroom then Bryon's it was more noticable about which students need the help and which ones didn't. She did a good job at placing the diverse learners in the front of the classroom and did it so that the whole class wouldn't know what she was doing. As in Bryon's lesson she had the students engaged in answering questions and reinforced them witha high five when they answered the question. This made the classroom more enjoyable and the students really enjoyed the interaction with her and others. Following, Nicole's teaching, I taught the following week. This particular week ...
